Thanks to our continuous investment in state-of-the-art equipment for PCBA and Plastics, our machines have class-leading Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Plastic mold fabrication and plastics injections, thus Zoray tech has a completed stream line to finish the electronics products inside our own facilities.
SMT
our machines have class-leading Surface Mount Technology (SMT), optically-aligned flexible placement capability for SMT component types, including 01005 cases sized up to high-density fine pitch devices such as QFP, BGA, QFN, CSP and large odd-form components in excess of 100 x 50mm.
PCBA
PCB assembly production line, SMT checking, PCB touch up, PCBA cleaning and board level tests.
Test Solution
Our Tests ranges from component level to finish products functionality, from manual tests to automatic tests.
Plastics injection
Zoray’s plastic work shop has 13 injection machinery, produces plastics accessories and housings for their products.
Final Product Assembly
Final product and box build, finished products come out from here to the market.
